April 19: Gold Lake Road is open!

The Ridge Road Rehabilitation Project has been awarded to Knife River Construction by the Sierra County Board of Supervisors. This project is scheduled to start in mid May and will be under construction through September of 2013. Ridge Road from Mountain House Road to Main Street in Alleghany is scheduled to be closed for approximately two months during reconstruction, so expect to use an alternate route into Alleghany during this period.
